A: Yes, for conventional Sanger sequencing, we restrict the sample types to plasmids, purified PCR products, and unpurified PCR products.

A: PCR and plasmid sequencing; hybridoma antibody sequencing; SNP site detection; full-length plasmid sequencing (walking sequencing); TA cloning, etc.

A: For orders requiring full-length sequencing, we will directly assemble the results for you. If assembly is not possible, we will design primers for additional sequencing until assembly is achievable.

A: For three types of failure: no signal, high background, and signal attenuation, we will arrange re-sequencing according to a certain ratio. If the re-sequencing is successful, other samples with the same failure reason will be re-sequenced in the same way.
