Monoclonal antibody technology involves fusing a single B lymphocyte capable of producing antibodies with myeloma cells, resulting in hybrid cells that can generate both antibodies and proliferate indefinitely, thereby enhancing antibody production. This technology has been widely applied in fundamental research, medical diagnosis, and tumor-targeted therapy, among other fields.
