General Introduction of Modified Oligos
Synbio Technologies provides high-quality oligo synthesis and modification. Our specialized services include oligonucleotides (which can be modified with special bases)
, dU/dI, phosphorothioates, phosphorylation, spacers, amino linkers, disulfide linkers, biotin, etc. In addition, Synbio Technologies also provides multiple fluorescent groups and quenchers at 3’, 5’, or designated sites specified by the customer. Some of these sites include FAM, HEX, ROX, BHQ, Texas Red, and others. The resulting oligos can be used in a variety of applications including
PCR cloning, sequence verification, and gene detection.
