FAQs

No visible bands appear on the QC line?

Please repeat the test according to the instructions and make sure that the concentration of lysis and extraction reagents added to the sample is within the recommended range. It is also possible that the test card has exceeded its expiration date, please verify your card is within the expiration date before use.

The color intensity of the detection line is very weak?

When the concentration of the sample is lower than the lower limit of the working concentration range of the test card, you can reduce the sample dilution before you re-test; when the concentration of the sample is higher than the upper limit of the working concentration range of the test card, you can carry out the second dilution so that the concentration is in line with the working range of the test card.

No visible band on the detection line?

The sample to be tested does not contain labeled protein. Check whether the test card corresponding to the testing sample is used. If problems persist, verify the presence of tagged protein with ELISA or WB method.
