Recombinant Protein A is obtained from an E. coli expression system and consists of 4 directional evolution highly specific high-affinity IgG-binding structural domains arranged in tandem with a strong specific affinity for the Fc fragment of IgG. The recombinant protein Protein A is coupled to the substrate as an affinity ligand and can specifically bind to antibody molecules in the sample while allowing other heteroproteins to flow through, with extremely high selectivity.

Recombinant Protein G is obtained from an E. coli expression system and contains 2 directional evolution highly specific high-affinity IgG binding regions of SPG. To ensure maximum specific binding of IgG, the cell wall binding region, cell membrane binding region and albumin binding region have been removed from recombinant Protein G, reducing cross-reactivity and non-specific binding. Recombinant Protein G is widely used as a ligand coupled with resin for purification of polyclonal or monoclonal IgG antibodies.

Recombinant Protein L is obtained from an E. coli expression system and contains 4 directional evolution highly specific, high-affinity kappa-binding domains. It has a unique binding by kappa light chain interaction without interfering with the antibody-antigen binding site. The cell wall binding region, cell membrane binding region and albumin binding region have been removed from the recombinant Protein L to ensure maximum IgG specific binding.
