Due to its simplicity and ease of customization, the CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing system is a popular tool in genetic screening. With our proprietary CRISPR-Cas9 sgRNA design platform, Synbio Technologies has designed 10 sgRNAs for each target gene, and constructed the CRISPR-Cas9 sgRNA Panel libraries. The delivery of these libraries includes plasmid, lentivirus, ready-to-use sgRNA, and more. We provide integrated sgRNA for every gene in panels designed for cancer development and evolution, cell cycle pathway target screening, and cell pathway genetics screening research, etc.
CRISPR-Cas9 sgRNA Panel Competitive Advantages
- Customized Design: Highly customizable sgRNA panel design for any variety of target genes.
- Flexible Delivery Format: Including plasmid, lentivirus, ready-to-use sgRNA, etc.
- Proprietary DNA Synthesis Platform: Fast and efficient sgRNA panel construction.
CRISPR-Cas9 sgRNA Panel Screening Workflow
Available methods for lentivirus CRISPR-Cas9 sgRNA library screening includes screening of resistance targets against the following: the anti-cancer drug Vemurafenib, the anti-α-toxin of Clostridium botulinum, and anti 6-sulfur guanine. Pooled Panel library screening, combined with NGS technology, can accurately identify the target genes affected by the screening condition(s). Synbio Technologies offers two of the most common types of library screening: positive screening and negative screening.

Human Protein Kinase sgRNA Panel
Synbio Technologies has developed sgRNA Panels for human protein kinase genes, including genes which regulate cell pathway, cell cycle, and cell signal transduction. Due to the sequence homology of the catalytic domain, over 92% of human protein kinase belongs to a huge category of protein kinases, which includes 9 different protein kinase families.
