Case Study

In this  project, the variety of promoters used was key to achieving a wide range of outcomes in the final library we constructed. We aimed for a library with the capacity to produce 100 different variations, and by ensuring each variation was represented 100 times, we successfully created 10,000 individual clones. When we tested these clones using PCR, a staggering 78% of them showed the desired results, and every single one was confirmed to be accurate.
